We had been wanting to see the Odyssey since it came out a few weeks ago, but unfortunately these were the only tickets available, compared to other theatres. We are used to Santikos or Flix in San Antonio, this Regal Theatre did not cut it. The movie was fantastic and my daughters stated that the nachos were really good, but the Pepsi tasted stale. The popcorn was also old, stale. The seats were not comfy. We saw the movie in theatre 16, and it smelled funky. It was also muggy. Restrooms also smelled. It seems like the place needs a thorough cleaning. We really wanted to have an experience watching the movie, and since here in Denver, have a good time with our daughters. Hadn’t been to the movies for quite some time, will probably be away for that long too. Movie was great!!!

I really like this theater. The staff is always nice, the popcorn is warm and fresh and no overly salted. Lots of candy choices. The theaters are usually clean. The unlimited movie subscription has been great! Definitely my go to theater.

Not happy about the fact that it doesn’t have the reclining chairs like most of the others do these days, but the service was good. The place was clean and had a lot more choices than a lot of the other theaters in the area. If you do go, make sure that you use the parking garage. I think it’s the best option for parking close to the theater, there’s even a theater level and you just walk around the corner. We went and seen sonic which for a 10-year-old grandson‘s birthday was not a bad choice. The popcorn was fresh and they even served beer in a can that you could take into the theater.

We just spent $50 an imax movie only to have our ears blasted by too loud of sound. Fifteen minutes later I am still in pain. I have been going to IMAX for as long as I can remember and never has it been painfully loud. It is such an issue that the manager apologized since she said she was not allowed to change the volume since it was an automated controlled system and they have lost a ton of business and walkouts because of it. This has never happened to us. We have little reason to go to a theater today since we can just watch at home but now even less. The staff are amazing. Not blaming them. This is over the top hearing loss lawsuit material. Get it together Regal. 👎

Had to listen to some Jack Johnson to cheer me up because the employees were super rude with a ‘tude, my girlfriend and I are both 17 but I didn’t have my ID for proof so we weren’t let in to an R-rated movie. The movie we were trying to see had no other people in the theater aside from us, but with us being kicked out, they’re screening a movie to empty seats. I’ll be taking my business to the Harkins in Arvada where they care more about their customers happiness than their employees ability to feel superior to those customers. Goodbye, or should I say bad bye 🤣🫱

You ever walk into a theatre and immediately realize why it's dead? This is a great example, worst concessions of any theatre, seats that are easily 25 years old, no drink/food carriers or even spots for food at the seats. $25 for an IMAX thats no bigger than any other screen in town, atleast the movie was good. Save your money and go anywhere else.

Power went out so the movie was slightly delayed. Truly was not an inconvenience at all and only a small snag. After it ended, the staff gave everyone in the theater a free movie ticket to remedy the delay, which was not necessary but truly appreciated. I hope the staff know their customer service was above and beyond :)

The staff is nice and when you ask for butter they put some in the middle and also on top, which I don't always see from other theaters. The seats are reasonably comfortable with tons of leg room. I go a couple times a week, and I've NEVER had any technical issues. The bathrooms are clean as are all public areas. Free parking.
